JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Services Administration is in an exciting phase of development where digitalization and welfare technology play an increasingly important role in creating security, independence, and quality for the elderly and people with disabilities. To succeed, we need engaged employees who want to make a difference and contribute to ensuring that our welfare technology works every day, around the clock, year-round.

As a coordinator for the alarm function, you will be a central part of our team of four who work with installation, support, and management of welfare technology within the Social Services Administration. Together with four colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the operational work from installations and de-installations to support cases, inventory management, and deviation management. You are the hub of daily operations and ensure that our technical solutions work as they should, whether it involves digital locks, security alarms, sensors, medication dispensers, or other technology that creates security and independence in people's daily lives.

The work takes place close to residents and operations, with a strong focus on service, delivery, and quality. You collaborate with various professions within the administration, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that our residents and care recipients can live a safe and independent life with the support of welfare technology.

Together with the operations, you will:

  • Plan, prioritize, and distribute tasks within the team to ensure effective and quality-assured installation and support of welfare technology.
  • Coordinate daily flows of incoming cases, urgent issues, installations, and external contacts.
  • Support colleagues in methodology, prioritization, and quality.
  • Coordinate and support colleagues in the development of manuals, routines, and working methods.
  • Participate in and sometimes lead meetings with operations, suppliers, and internal collaboration partners.
